About us
Our Time is an AI-powered platform designed to support care providers and frontline teams in reclaiming time and reducing overwhelm. Born from personal experience caring for a loved one, it was created to make care work more manageable, meaningful, and human.
By turning complex operational data into clear, actionable insights, Our Time helps organisations ease burnout, cut unnecessary costs, and boost workforce engagement. Rooted in ethical AI and driven by social impact, the platform is reimagining how time is valued and used in care, so teams can focus on what truly matters: people.

Mission
Our Time exists to radically improve the lives of overburdened caregivers and frontline professionals by transforming how time, energy, and resources are managed. We combine the power of behavioural science with ethical, explainable AI to reduce the strain of administrative tasks, lower costs, and increase time spent on meaningful human connection and care. Our platform gives people back control, empowering them to spend less time feeling overwhelmed and more time doing what truly matters.
Built by a team with deep lived experience, technical excellence, and social impact at its core, Our Time is dedicated to creating solutions that work for real people in the real world—starting with care, and expanding to all sectors where time poverty fuels burnout and inequality.
Vision
We envision a future where time is valued as a critical resource for health, happiness, and equality. By reducing invisible labour and rebalancing daily life, we aim to shift entire systems, starting with social care, toward more humane, efficient, and equitable models of work and wellbeing.
Our vision is a world where caregivers, workers, and families are no longer forced to choose between survival and fulfilment. Through intelligent, inclusive innovation, we’re building a healthier, wealthier, and more balanced society, one reclaimed hour at a time.

Meet Our Team
My Story
Hey there, I’m Janet Martin. My journey to founding Our Time started with a deeply personal chapter, caring for my dad as he battled dementia. I had a great life and career in the US, an MBA from Atlanta, and a dream job at Verizon in New York. But when my dad needed me, I made the choice to come back to London, put my career on hold, and share my time, my presence, and my love with him and my family.
This experience wasn’t easy, it was full of sacrifice and unexpected challenges, but it also brought me incredible growth and new perspectives. It showed me how valuable time really is, and how important it is to make every moment count.
Entrepreneurship runs in my blood. My grandfathers built impressive legacies, one studied law in London and became a respected barrister in Lagos, and the other created a property empire, even building a bridge to reach his land! Inspired by their spirit, I wake up every day driven to create change through Our Time.
Our Time is about making life easier for caregivers and frontline workers, helping them reclaim their time and reduce overwhelm, so they can focus on what matters most, people. It’s a mission born from love, resilience, and a belief that time is the greatest gift we can give.
